EVANGELISM AUDIT OF LOCAL CHURCH MINISTRIES

If you are a pastor, evangelism committee member or lay leader in your church, you might consider conducting an informal “evangelism audit” of your congregation’s ministries. Many regular activities of the local church can be tools for the evangelism outreach of the congregation when they are intentionally approached with the non-church person in mind. Here is a sample checklist of a just a few typical church activities. Rate these using a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 represents weakness regarding intentional planning for evangelism, and 5 represents excellence in that particular ministry for evangelism.
