Psalm 107:1 - "O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures for ever!"

Among the many good things we have received from the Lord are the examples and testimonies of caring Christian loved ones and friends who have helped us become disciples of Jesus. That Sunday school teacher or pastor, the parent who shared Bible stories and nightly prayers, the schoolmate who first invited us to the youth fellowship activity, the camp counselor -- for each of us the list of first companions on the spiritual journey would be different. We are grateful for the caring witness of every person who shared the experience of faith with us. Truly the Lord is good, because these people were placed strategically and providentially in our path. It makes us wonder whose path we might be placed in.
